I am writing to say a very special thank you for your truly magnificent donation of £5,933.81 which you have kindly raised over the last two years.
Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Westerleigh Crematorium and thank you so much for choosing Children's Hospice South West. Your continued thoughtful and kind support for the life-limited children of the South West is truly appreciated.
Your gift ensures that we can offer support to up to 400 families from across the South West at any one time, each and every year.
In October the children at Charlton Farm were busy making Halloween jam jar lanterns in messy play and baking monster cookies with the cooks in the kitchen! We had a 'bug man' come in to visit the families, bringing with him a host of centipedes, stick insects and beetles! The house was filled with children dressed as pumpkins and wizards, with 'trick or treat' echoing around the corridors followed by a trail of monster cookie crumbs!

In the unlikely event that you feel that we haven't fulfiled your expectations
please use the following complaints procedure
Complaints Procedure
STAGE 1
Always complain 'on the spot' if you have the opportunity. If you cannot do this yourself, you may be able to use yourr minister or funeral director as your advocate. If you fail to obtain a satisfactory response, move to the next stage.
STAGE 2
Contact the Crematorium Manager by telephone or write to him/her at our office. He/she will respond to any official complaint in writing within three working days.
STAGE 3
If you believe that your grievance has still not been properly addressed then you should write to our Managing Director at the following address:
