Father's Day 2026

Sunday 21st June 2026, 10:30am - 11am

 

Join us for our Father’s Day Memorial Service in the Waterside Chapel.

Place a tag on our memorial tree during the service with a message or memory of your loved one.

We are inviting visitors to send a photo of their father/ father figure to use in a video montage during the service. These photos can be emailed to shaun.chapman-young@westerleighgroup.co.uk or ross.janes@dignityuk.co.uk.

Refreshments will be available following the service in The Willow Tree Cafe, which will be open from 10am until 2pm.

Write a card for your loved one and place it in our memorial post box.

No booking is required.
